Portland Spelling Bee @ 7:00pm
The Portland Spelling Bee is an adults-only competition held every Monday night (7 pm) at Mississippi Pizza. Host Katherine with a K reads the words, providing definitions and sentences, and dispenses prizes to the audience and the occasional second chance to contestants (and the CHAMPION t-shirts!). And, there are drink specials, often the Honey Bee Margarita, devised by Mark the Bartender especially for the Portland Spelling Bee.
Sign up by 6:45pm; Spelling starts at 7pm; Must be 21 and over to enter
