We start with a roasted portobello sage sauce base then top it with smoked gouda, roasted tri-colored carrots, and pan seared Brussels sprouts. After it comes out of the oven, the pizza gets sprinkled with salted toasted pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and a light drizzle of pear cinnamon glaze.
