Doylefest: Fundraising show with Glitterfox, Stephen Fisk, Christopher Worth, Jacob Westfall, Wood Butcher, and Monica Faricy.
Tickets are available on a sliding scale.
Doyle Moore spends most of his evenings attending and eagerly supporting the shows of Portland’s local musicians. Rain, sun, and snow can’t keep Doyle away from a show. His love and support of the local music scene is something beautiful to behold and is part of the lifeblood that keeps a local music scene thriving.
And now the local music scene is coming together to support Doyle Moore.
A little over a year ago Doyle’s health failed to the point of hospitalization, requiring extensive medical support to help him pull through. Thankfully Doyle has recovered from this time and has a “new lease on life.” But even with Medicare he’s been left with significant medical debts.
“Doylefest” will be held on Doyle’s birthday – Saturday, Jan 28 and is a fundraiser to help Doyle pay for his new lease on life and get him back to financial equilibrium so that he can fully get back to what he loves – attending local shows and providing daycare for his granddaughter.
