After three years as the frontwoman of Eugene-based folk/rock band Small Joys, Olivia Awbrey is hittin’ the road with her self-released solo EP “New Wheels.” Straddling the line of folk and acoustic punk, Awbrey is a dedicated social critic and storyteller.
